I typically work in complex product environments with multiple stakeholders, legacy constraints and long-term roadmaps, where clear structure and shared system thinking are essential.
My work focuses on designing and evolving scalable product structures. This includes hands-on UX and UI design, information architecture, user journeys and task flows, as well as the definition and continuous evolution of design systems, component libraries and guideline platforms.
A central part of my work is helping teams establish shared structures between design and development. This involves building and maintaining system architectures in Figma, structuring components and patterns, and enabling product teams to apply the system consistently across multiple products and brands.
Beyond individual interfaces, I support teams in aligning ways of working at system, component and team level. The goal is to reduce friction, enable consistent decision-making and create sustainable collaboration between design, development and product teams.
